Terms & Conditions — 365win Platform User Agreement

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "365win" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to the 365win online gaming and sports betting platform, accessible at https://365win.cam and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.
• "You" / "the Player" / "the User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the 365win platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created upon successful completion of the 365win registration process.
• "Wallet" / "Balance" refers to the Pakistani Rupee (PKR) balance held within a player's 365win account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or non-cashable balance awarded to a player's account under a 365win promotion.
• "Real Funds" refers to Pakistani Rupee amounts deposited by a player from their own verified payment instrument.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification procedures applied to player accounts in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games or markets before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Activities" refers to the conduct listed in Section 8 of these Terms.

By accessing, registering on, or using the 365win platform in any manner, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 365win.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 365win Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between the player and the platform.

If you are accessing 365win from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform does not violate applicable local law. 365win makes no representation that access is lawful in all territories.

To access the full functionality of 365win — including placing bets, playing casino games, claiming bonuses, and conducting financial transactions — you must register an account. The following conditions apply to all 365win account registrations:

• You must provide accurate, truthful, and current information during registration including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.
• Each individual is entitled to hold one (1) account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the personal details used — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• Your registered mobile number serves as your primary account identifier and login credential. You are responsible for maintaining access to this number for the purposes of account authentication and security verification.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 365win will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to safeguard your password or two-factor authentication codes.
• You must notify 365win immediately via live support chat if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Accounts registered using false, misleading, or incomplete information may be suspended without notice and any balance held within the account may be subject to investigation before release.

365win applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in compliance with its international gaming licence obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Verification may be requested at registration or at any point during a player's account lifecycle, including before processing withdrawals above defined thresholds.

Documents that may be requested as part of KYC verification include, but are not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (photograph of the registered JazzCash or EasyPaisa account, bank statement, or card front showing the registered name).
• Source of funds documentation where required by the platform's AML controls.

Until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed, 365win reserves the right to place restrictions on account functionality, including suspending withdrawal requests. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with the 365win Privacy Policy.

All financial transactions on the 365win platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The minimum deposit via JazzCash and EasyPaisa is Rs 200. Minimum deposit via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank is Rs 500. USDT minimum is the equivalent of USD 5.
• All deposits must originate from a payment instrument registered in the account holder's name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 365win does not accept deposits funded by credit facilities. Players must use their own available funds.
• Deposits are credited to your 365win wallet upon confirmation from the payment processor. Processing times vary by method and network conditions.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests may only be processed to payment instruments previously used to make a deposit on the same account, or to the account holder's verified bank account.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 via all methods. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated to the player at the time of the request.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 5 to 10 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day in most cases.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. 365win reserves the right to delay processing pending satisfactory completion of identity checks.
• Where a withdrawal is suspected to involve fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms, 365win may place the funds on hold pending investigation. The player will be notified of any such hold via their registered contact details.

365win periodically offers bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific conditions communicated with each individual offer:

• Bonuses are offered at the sole discretion of 365win and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without advance notice to players who have not yet claimed the offer.
• A wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. The applicable multiplier is stated in each bonus offer's specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, all games and sports markets contribute to wagering requirements — individual contribution rates per game category are detailed in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonus funds and wagering progress are forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is fully met.
• 365win reserves the right to exclude specific game categories or betting markets from qualifying wagering under bonus terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.
• Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, automated wagering systems, or coordinated play — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential account closure.
• Promotional offers may be targeted at specific player segments. Receiving a promotional communication does not guarantee eligibility — eligibility is confirmed at the point of claim.

The following rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity conducted through the 365win platform:

Sports Betting:

• All bets are accepted subject to available market liquidity. 365win reserves the right to impose bet limits on any market at any time.
• Bets placed after an event has started without the benefit of live market pricing will be void.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bet settlement rules specific to each sport and market type will apply as published on the platform.
• Obvious pricing errors — including markets incorrectly priced due to technical or manual error — do not create a valid contract. Such bets are void and stakes will be returned to the player's wallet.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets accepted during a suspension are void and stakes returned.

Casino Gaming:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live physical outcomes in the case of live dealer games. Results are final and cannot be altered retroactively.
• In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection that interrupts play, the round will be settled based on the state of the game recorded by the server at the point of disconnection. Malfunctions void all pays and play.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules and return-to-player percentages of games before playing. Game rules are accessible within each game interface.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 365win platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether using your own identity or a third party's details.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to access or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corruption involving sports events listed on the platform.
• Systematically exploiting promotional offers through coordinated play, multiple accounts, or any other method designed to generate profit from bonuses without genuine gaming intent ("bonus abuse").
• Using 365win for the purposes of money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the platform for commercial or non-personal purposes.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Attempting to access the platform using VPN or proxy services in circumvention of geographic restrictions.
• Any conduct intended to disrupt, damage, or impair the technical infrastructure of 365win.

365win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following request.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• A chargebacks or payment dispute lodged against a 365win deposit transaction.
• Receipt of information from a player's financial institution indicating fraud or identity theft.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion or cool-off period activation under the Responsible Gaming programme.
• Order or direction from a competent regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the wallet may be withheld pending investigation. 365win will handle any withheld funds in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Players may close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting the 365win support team via live chat. Any verified real-funds balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any applicable KYC checks.

All content on the 365win platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, interface designs, software, text, odds data, game assets, promotional material, and structural layout — is the exclusive intellectual property of 365win or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any platform content.
• Use the 365win name, logo, or branding in any third-party communication without written consent.
• Frame or mirror any part of the platform on an external website or application.
• Commercially exploit any data, odds, or content obtained from the platform.

Any unauthorised use of 365win's intellectual property may result in legal action and the recovery of damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 365win shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the 365win platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services whether caused by technical failure, scheduled maintenance, or external factors.
• Any outcome of a bet, casino game, or gaming session conducted on the platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses incurred as a result of reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform where such information contains errors.

365win provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. No warranty is given, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or malicious code. You are responsible for ensuring your device has adequate security software installed.

365win collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 365win collects personal data for the following principal purposes:

• Account registration, verification, and maintenance.
• Processing of financial transactions and fraud prevention.
• Compliance with KYC and AML regulatory obligations.
• Provision of customer support services.
• Communication of promotional offers to eligible players (where consent has been provided).
• Statistical analysis and platform improvement activities.

365win does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with regulated service providers and regulatory authorities only to the extent required by law or necessary for platform operations.

365win is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform provides the following tools to assist players in managing their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from their account settings. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a mandatory review period of no less than seven (7) days.

365win will not knowingly reactivate a self-exclusion during the selected exclusion period regardless of the player's request. Any marketing communications will be suspended for the duration of a cool-off or self-exclusion period.

365win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 365win will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via SMS to their registered mobile number, platform notification, or email (where an address is held on file) prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the 365win platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should cease using the platform and request account closure.

The effective date shown at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version of these Terms entered into force. Previous versions of the Terms are available on request by contacting the 365win support team.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 365win holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be referred to the 365win customer support team for resolution.

If a complaint is not resolved satisfactorily through the internal complaints procedure, you may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution service designated by 365win's licensing authority. Details of the applicable escalation process will be provided to you at the time of your complaint.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. 365win operates under a valid international gaming licence and is subject to the regulatory oversight of the issuing authority.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any specific game or promotion rules, the specific game or promotion rules shall prevail in respect of that game or promotion only.
